Are COVID Vaccines a ‘Crime Against Humanity’ and Violation of International Law?

An international alliance of physicians and medical scientists met in Rome, Italy on Sept. 27 and signed a declaration accusing COVID-19 policy-makers of “crimes against humanity” for preventing the use of life-saving treatments for their patients, “resulting in hundreds of thousands of unnecessary patient deaths.”

As of  Oct. 22, more than 12,700 doctors and scientists had signed this document. Yet, the argument that COVID vaccines are a crime against humanity doesn’t stop with the prohibition of life-saving COVID treatments.

Tens of thousands of people are being harmed by vaccine mandates, flawed science, censorship, lack of informed consent, the manipulation of safety and efficacy data, U.S. regulatory agencies with revolving doors and conflicts of interests, billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies manipulating their clinical trials and experimental COVID vaccines.

Civilian populations across the globe are being forced to undergo a medical procedure with an “unavoidably unsafe” product, that carries an inherent risk of serious bodily injury, including death, without informed consent. Although informed consent serves no purpose when one is forced to get the shot — which could be considered a crime against humanity on its own merits.

A “crime against humanity” isn’t a new concept. It was first adopted as international criminal law by the Charter of the International Military Tribunal during the Nuremberg trials, which tried surviving Nazi leaders in 1945.

It has since been codified by various international treaties, including the Statute of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (1993), the Statute of the International Tribunal for Rwanda (1994) and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which established the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 1998.

The ICC went into effect in 2002, as an independent, permanent court with jurisdiction over the crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. It was set up to investigate and, where warranted, try individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community, including crimes against humanity.

A crime against humanity refers to a “category of crimes against international law which includes the most egregious violations of human dignity, committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack.

Rome’s Statute provides the latest consensus and most expansive list of specific criminal acts that may constitute crimes against humanity.

According to Article 7 of Rome’s Statute of the ICC, crimes against humanity include: murder, extermination, enslavement, torture, forcible transfers of populations, imprisonment, rape, persecution, enforced disappearance, apartheid, persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious or gender, and other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.

The concept of a crime against humanity embodies the idea that individuals who either make or follow state policy can be held accountable by the international community. The term also has a broader use in condemning other acts that “shock the conscience of mankind.”

In our society today, the unvaccinated are being singled out and persecuted for their resolve not to receive an experimental COVID vaccine. They are prohibited in some states from entering public places, eating in restaurants, attending venues, and now with vaccine mandates, providing for their families.

Vaccine passports are being used in several states, while Biden’s COVID-19 plan lays out in detail more than five ways he intends to wield the federal government to ostracize and discriminate against a group of people based on their vaccine status — in the name of a never-ending “pandemic,” which has an almost 100% survival rate, especially when early treatments options are utilized.

People are dying in hospitals across the U.S. — vaccinated and unvaccinated — because they’re not being treated early and are deprived of life-saving, inexpensive medical treatments proven to work. Thousands of deaths have been reported in people after receiving a COVID vaccine, which provides only “temporary protection,” if any against severe disease.

Many who are needlessly dying, or are now facing life with debilitating injuries due to COVID vaccines already had natural immunity acquired from previously SARS-CoV-2 infection, rendering a subsequent vaccination pointless.

Informed Consent and Crimes Against Humanity

The Nuremberg Code of 1947 is widely regarded as the first document providing ethical regulations in human research on the basis of informed consent, although informed consent in human experimentation dates back to the nineteenth century. It is also regarded as the most important document in the history of the ethics of medical research.

The Nuremberg Code states voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential to human research:

“This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

“The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.”

The Nuremberg Code says an experiment should not be conducted where there is a “priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.”

Make no mistake, we are participating in a mass experiment of epic proportions and people are not being properly informed of the risks.

All three COVID vaccines used in the U.S. are experimental vaccines authorized for emergency use only — as Pfizer’s fully approved “Comirnaty” vaccine is not available in the U.S. This means the Moderna, Johnson and Johnson and the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccines did not undergo years of rigorous testing other vaccines are subjected to prior to being approved for use in the general population.

The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, for example, was authorized for use after presenting only two months of clinical data — and it has now been revealed by clinical trial participants that Pfizer excluded severe adverse reactions from their clinical safety data.

Regardless of the COVID vaccine, there are no long-term safety data. Long-term clinical trials are not scheduled to be concluded until Oct. 2022 for Moderna and June 2024 for Pfizer, which means that everyone who signs up to get a vaccine in the interim is part of the experiment.

During a meeting by the FDA’s advisory panel on Oct. 27, regarding whether to authorize the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine for 5- to 11-year-olds, it was disclosed Pfizer switched the buffer in its vaccine after the clinical trial — without testing this new formulation in humans or animals. Every single child vaccinated with Pfizer’s COVID vaccine will receive an experimental vaccine containing a buffer that has never been tested for safety.

During the meeting, Dr. Eric Rubin, professor at Harvard and editor at the New England Journal of Medicine — who selectively determines which Pfizer studies are published in the journal while sitting on the FDA’s advisory panel — said, “we’re never going to learn about how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it. That’s just the way it goes.”

Between Dec. 14, 2020, and Oct. 29, 2021, a total of 856,919 adverse events following COVID vaccines were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) in the U.S., including 18,078 deaths. Historically, VAERS has been shown to report only 1% of actual vaccine adverse events.

U.S. health agencies are ignoring these numbers, while pharmaceutical companies are making billions and enjoying blanket liability protection from the harms caused by their products.

The list of ways pharmaceutical companies, the Biden administration and U.S. Health Agencies have potentially violated international law is long. To date, a request for investigation to the ICC at The Hague for crimes against humanity and breaches of the Nuremberg Code have been submitted by citizens from the UK, Slovakia, France and the Czech Republic.
