A Florida County Passes Resolution to Ban COVID-19 Vaccines

Republicans from Lee County, Florida, have passed a ‘Ban the Jab’ resolution to ban COVID-19 vaccines. After receiving a two-thirds majority vote, the resolution will now go to the desk of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for his consideration.

According to WINK News, the resolution calls for Gov. DeSantis to ban the sale and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in Florida. Dr. Joe Sansone, a licensed psychotherapist who authored the resolution, said the “Lee County Republican Party is going to be on the vanguard of this campaign to stop the genocide because we have foreign non-governmental entities that are unleashing biological weapons on the American people.”

“So here’s the resolution. It’s called the ‘Ban the Jab’ resolution, whereas strong and credible evidence exists that COVID-19 and COVID-19 injections are biological and technological weapons,” Sansone said. “Coerced injections, masks, and lockdowns are violations of the Nuremberg Code and the Ninth Amendment, and they’re for crimes against humanity.”

As The Vault Project previously reported, the Nuremberg Code is the most important document in the history of medical research ethics and arose out of the Nuremberg Military Tribunal’s decision in U.S. v. Karl Brandt.

In 1947, an International Military Tribunal made up of judges from the four allied powers—the United States, Britain, France, and the former Soviet Union—was tasked with trying Germany’s major war criminals.

The judges sat in judgment of twenty-three Nazi defendants, 20 of whom were physicians, accused of conducting horrific experiments on human subjects in concentration camps during the Holocaust.

The Nuremberg Code lays out ten points that define permissible medical experimentation on human subjects and serves as a blueprint for today’s principles that ensure the rights of subjects in medical research. Accordingly, humane experimentation is justified only if its results benefit society and it is carried out in accordance with basic principles that satisfy moral, ethical, and legal concepts.

“Gov. DeSantis, you need to take these off the market immediately,” Sansone said. “There are biological weapons, the Attorney General must seize these vials immediately.”

Other reports on the Lee County initiative accuse Sansone of promoting disinformation and highlight that “not all Republicans” support It. Yet, the Lee County Republican Executive Committee has between 350 and 380 members, two-thirds of which voted to ban COVID-19 vaccines.
