Governments are manipulating their excess mortality data to make it look like swaths of young people are not dying from COVID-19 vaccines.
In a Feb. 26, 2023 hearing led by U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-W.I.), Edward Dowd, Founder of Phinance Technologies, said certain governments are now changing how they calculate excess death numbers, but the true excess deaths are undeniable.
“The ONS [Office for National Statistics] just announced a change to the calculation methodology for their excess death numbers, which reduces obviously the excess deaths because they like that result better,” Dowd said.
“We suspected that might happen, which is why we wrote our methodology papers and published them in September 2022, and the actuarial tables that the insurance companies use haven’t changed, so excess deaths are continuing,” he added.
Dowd said that despite attempts to change calculation methodologies, the insurance companies have not changed how they calculate excess mortality, and they continue to see a rise in deaths, especially among the working population.
“You can’t hide the dead bodies, unfortunately,” Dowd said. “One America CEO Scott Davis, in a Chamber of Commerce meeting, revealed he that had seen a 40% excess death mortality in the millennial age group … 25-64. A 10% increase would be once in a 200-year flood or three standard deviation event—40% was off the charts. Just off the charts.”
Sen. Johnson tried to help Dowd get more data, but the insurance companies would not cooperate or comply with his requests. Dowd says there is a lot of controversy surrounding COVID-19 vaccines and insurance companies.
“People don’t want to look at the problems,” he said. “A lot of these companies mandated COVID-19 vaccines.”
Dowd says he has whistleblowers at board-level meetings who claim excess mortality is a huge topic of discussion, but people continue to dance around COVID-19 vaccines. During his statement, Dowd also confirmed excess mortality occurred in the millennial age group in 2021, not 2020, during the pandemic.
