Vaccine Mandates

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued an emergency temporary standard for large employers, with limited exception, who are required to develop, implement and enforce a mandatory COVID vaccination policy by Jan. 4 or face large fines up to $136,532 for a willful violation.
