The former vice president of Pfizer says people who pushed to have COVID-19 vaccines
— a gene-based therapy — needlessly injected into billions of innocent people are guilty of “crimes against humanity.”
An astonishing 42,086 adverse events, including 1,223 deaths were reported to Pfizer between Dec. 1, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2021, yet Pfizer did nothing and U.S. health agencies still signed off on the vaccine.
Michael Yeadon former Vice President and chief scientific officer of Pfizer said determining vaccines would cause no harm, in the long run, was vital.
“It was never appropriate to attempt to ‘end the pandemic with a novel technology vaccine,” Yeadon said in a document provided to the Epoch Times. “In a public health mass intervention, safety is the top priority, more so even than effectiveness, because so many people will receive it.”
“It is not possible to obtain data demonstrating adequate longitudinal safety in the time period any pandemic can last. Those who pushed this line of argument and enabled the gene-based agents to be injected needlessly into billions of innocent people are guilty of crimes against humanity.”
Yeadon said he felt novel vaccines should not have been given emergency use authorization by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and that if it were really about managing the pandemic response, experimental vaccines wouldn’t have been pushed on children, pregnant women and people with natural immunity against the virus.
“I would have outright denied their use in children, in pregnancy and in the infected/recovered. Point blank. I’d need years of safe use before contemplating an alteration of this stance,” he said.
Yeadon further expressed concern over the toxicity of the spike protein:
“Having selected spike protein to be expressed, a protein which causes blood clotting to be initiated, a risk of thromboembolic adverse events was burned into the design. Nothing at all limits the amount of spike protein to be made in response to a given dose. Some individuals make a little and only briefly. The other end of a normal range results in synthesis of copious amounts of spike protein for a prolonged period. The locations in which this pathological event occurred, as well as where on the spectrum, in my view played a pivotal role in whether the victim experienced adverse events including death.
“There are many other pathologies flowing from the design of these agents, including for the mRNA ‘vaccines’ that lipid nanoparticle formulations leave the injection site and home to liver and ovaries, among other organs, but this evidence is enough to get started.”
In June 2021, viral immunologist Dr. Byram Bridle obtained a controversial Japanese Pfizer biodistribution study showing lipid nanoparticles from the vaccine did not stay in the deltoid muscle where they were injected as the vaccine’s developers claimed would happen, but circulated throughout the body and accumulated in large concentrations in organs and tissues, including the spleen, bone marrow, liver, adrenal glands and — in “quite high concentrations” — in the ovaries.
The mRNA — or messenger RNA — tells the body to manufacture the spike protein. A lipid nanoparticle is a fat-soluble membrane that carries the messenger RNA.
According to the data in the Japanese study, lipid nanoparticles were found in the whole blood circulating throughout the body within four hours and then settled in large concentrations in the ovaries, bone marrow and lymph nodes.
Yeadon searched the literature based on these concerns and found a 2012 review showing evidence lipid nanoparticles do accumulate in the ovaries and may represent an “unappreciated reproductive risk to humans.”
This was “a well-known problem to experts in that field,” Yeadon said.
Yeadon believes the pharmaceutical industry “definitely knew,” since 2012, that lipid nanoparticles would accumulate in the ovaries of women who took the vaccines.
Former Pfizer VP is applicant in crimes against humanity case
In a 46-page legal filing to the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Dec. 6, 2021, a human rights attorney on behalf of seven applicants, including Yeadon, accused Dr. Anthony Fauci, the CEOs of Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, Bill Gates and 11 others of violating the Nuremberg Code and articles 6, 7, 8, 15, 21 and 53 of the Rome Statutes, which define crimes against humanity, crimes of aggression, genocide and other crimes.
The heart of the complaint centers around the safety of COVID-19 vaccines. The petitioners contend COVID-19 vaccine trials are ongoing and are not scheduled to conclude until late 2022 or early 2023 rendering the vaccines entirely experimental with only limited short-term data.
The petitioners also argue mRNA vaccine technology used to develop COVID-19 vaccines has not previously been approved for human use, nor do the vaccines actually meet the requirements to be categorized as such.
Petitioners accused the defendants of genocide, causing massive short-term damage and death from vaccines, and said the UK government not only failed to present its citizens with current safe and effective alternatives for treating COVID but manipulated them in a blatant violation of informed consent.
The Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise in 2020 also asked the prosecutor of the ICC to investigate individual world leaders and the World Health Organization for alleged crimes against humanity related to COVID-19.
